Professor Susskind offers numerous executive training programs each year. Reduced fees are available to public agency and not-for-profit representatives. Some of these are described below, with links to more information.

Advanced Mediation at Harvard Law School

A five-day mediation training program for experienced mediators looking to expand their skill sets to include multiparty dispute resolution.

Senior Executive Program on Negotiation

A two day negotiation training program for senior executives in both the public and private sectors. Offered multiple times a year in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Negotiation Master Class

A two-and-a-half day advanced negotiation training program for senior executives in both the public and private sector who have completed the Senior Executive Program or the equivalent. Offered twice a year in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Dealing with An Angry Public

A two-day training program for public, not-for-profit and private sector specialists in community affairs, public relations, and regulatory relations. Offered to individual companies and organizations on a contract basis.

Water Diplomacy Workshop

A one-week train-the-trainer interactive course for water professionals from around the world. Taught in connection with Tufts University.

Science Diplomacy Workshop

A two-day dissertation enhancement workshop for doctoral students in scientific or social science fields who want to learn how they can participate, as science diplomats, in science-intensive policy-making activities around the world.
